Also in summer 2008, the pavilion's waterfront Cantina de San Angel is expanding with more seating with optimal views of World Showcase, and will offer a new menu.
While I have never looked to Cantina de San Angel as a place to eat lunch or dinner, it is a great place for a snack. I love the nachos. They do offer a variety of Mexican style quick service food, so you could eat here for dinner, just not my preference. The helpings are a good size, my family can easily share one plate of nachos as a snack. This is located right next to the Margarita Bar outdoors right on the lake, making it a great spot to watch Illuminations. That said, if you plan to watch the firework show get there at least an hour early for your snack to steak out a table.
