- This is a close encounter experience only and not a swim.
- This excursion includes a 15-20 minute walk to and from the pick-up point.
- This excursion includes an approximate 40-minute boat transfer to and from the Dophin Encounter.
- Lunch is not included. Souvenirs, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the facility.
- Expectant mothers cannot participate.
- There is only one return trip back from the island.
- Lockers are available for Guests to store their personal belongings.
- This excursion is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.
- Guests are encouraged to bring credit cards (for food or souvenirs) as some vendors do not accept cash.
