In addition to many favorite Disney attractions, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is filled with special entertainment, including:

  • Many favorite Disney Characters and Disney Villians in special Halloween costumes.
  • Special lighting, music and theming effects transforms special areas of Magic Kingdom theme park into happy haunted hollows.

The tone of the event is, well, "Not-So-Scary", and is appropriate for children of all ages.

Standard Magic Kingdom theme park admission tickets will not allow Guests to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Trick or Treat
Collect goodies at several locations throughout the park where you see the "Goofy's Candy Co." ballons. Each person will be able to get a handful as you move from station to station. So you should easily receive more candy than you probably do walking your neighboorhood.

Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade
Each night at 8:15 and 10:30 pm this special not so scary halloween parade creeps thru the Magic Kingdom. I personaly have to say this is my favorite parade of any I have seen. The music will probably stay in your head months later as it is very catchy.

Halloween Dance Parties
If showing your kids those funky moves from the 70's is your thing, well the two dance parties are the place for you. My four year old loves to grove, and to bad his parents can't. Stitch's Cosmic Dance Party at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland and Get Up and Boo-gie Dance Party at Ariel's Grotto in Fantasyland.

Villian's Mix & Mingle
After the four Disney Villians stage shows (7:45, 9:00, 10:05 and 11:30 pm) will come down from the stage in front of the castle for pictures and signing. Additionaly, you may also see many of the primary characters dressed up for Halloween after the 11:30 pm show and other times throughout the park.

In general this is the best way I have ever spent Halloween and has quickly become a family tradition.  Both adults and children are encouraged to dress up, and this is one time you will not feel out of place doing so.
