Walt Disney World \ Boat Transportation
There is other boats around Disney world. But there is another one that I know that is wheelchair friendly. That one takes you from the World Showcase at EPCOT (with several Hotels stop)to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Look up the Handicap Access to see the rest.

The farry is very big and lots of room to maneuver around with a wheelchair. Don't be in a hurry for this ride even though it goes directly to the Magic Kingdom it is a slow pace ride over, so enjoy the view.
